Poor Macy

Before Rylie, Macy was our baby and got pretty much all the attention. Now, she has this sad look on her face most of the time. Don't worry, she's still spoiled rotten and gets plenty of attention, she just has to share it. We know that in time she and Rylie will become best buds. Cassie, on the other hand, really isn't bothered by Rylie. That's probably because she's an old lady and the only thing she really looks forward to each day is chow time.

Two Months Old

Rylie is two months old today!!!

The Rash

Rylie woke up Sunday morning with this horrible rash. Her ears, eyes & hands were all swollen. After a call to the doctor, she was put on Benadryl. By Monday morning it had covered pretty much her whole body and her feet also swelled up. She went to the doctor and it was confirmed that it basically just looked bad and wasn't bothering her at all and would go away in the next couple of weeks. Luckily, by Wednesday Rylie was pretty much back to normal.

Crib Time

Rylie doesn't like to sleep in her crib very well. We try to put her down in it as much as we can to get her used to it. Usually, we get about 15 minutes to half an hour before she starts cranking. The longest we've ever gotten is about an hour and half. So, in the mean time she sleeps in her car seat at night. That way Mom and Dad can get some shut eye too.

Dad's on duty

Keith gets put on Rylie duty when he gets home from work in the evenings. Mom needs a little break after being with her all day long.

Picture Time

We went and had family pictures taken today. These are a few of the many that they took. Rylie did surprisingly well. She fussed a little bit here and there, but not too bad.

Look at how peaceful she looks. Too bad, it only lasts a short while. :)

Daytime Activities

Rylie spends her days sleeping in her swing and playing when she's not eating.
